Roma Barca was a warm-hearted and visionary individual whose life was devoted to uplifting others through service, creativity, and leadership. Born in Nakuru, Kenya, Meso had an early passion for community development and pursued this calling throughout his life. After earning a degree in Public Administration, he dedicated over 15 years to working with grassroots organizations that championed education access, youth mentorship, and environmental sustainability. His calm presence and insightful approach earned him respect in every space he stepped into.
Achievements
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Meso was a man of integrity, kindness, and deep compassion. He was a loving husband, a proud father of two, and a mentor to many. In 2020, he received the Mashujaa Citizen Service Award for his outstanding contributions to community development. Meso believed in the power of unity and service, and his legacy continues to inspire those who knew him. Though he is no longer with us, the impact of his work and character will be felt for generations to come.
